This is the first really good capture I've done with the Water Drop (Advanced) system. I've done some good pictures of single drops, but that one was for sure one of the best with the Advanced version.
Due to the bad predictibility with this system (every drop is generated by hand) you can make such pictures only once in a spawn of 10-20 captures. At this I began a new project: Water Drop Pro-Version.
- Camera: Canon EOS 650D
- Aperture: f/16
- Shutter speed: 1/200 Sek.
- ISO: ISO-200
- Lens: Canon 100mm Macro
- Focal length: 100mm
- Flash: YONGNUO YN560 IV
- Flash setting: 1/128
The camera was mounted on a tripod and had a disance of about 30cm to the motive.
The drop itself is made by hand using a plastic syringe. By pushing the syringe sharply you'll be able to create two drops in a short time. With some time you will become much better at this task. So don't give up!
